A Space is the product's backbone. Beneath it, the structure (containers) and the items (with types, fields and workflows) are user-buildable.

Each Space brings Tasks and DevOps together in the same sidebar tree — services show up right below the project's lists.

Containers and items

Containers form a recursive tree (folders, boards, lists, docs) with containment rules. Items are typed (Task, Bug, Story, Epic) and carry custom fields, status workflow and multiple views (List, Board, Calendar).

Planning

  • Sprints — backlog + sprint with a capacity meter and lifecycle (planned/active/completed).
  • Goals / OKRs — objectives with weighted Key Results and linked contributing items.
  • Space templates — Scrum, Kanban and Bug Tracker materialize an entire structure at once.
Use Apply template when creating the structure so you don't start from scratch — it provisions containers, types, fields, workflows and sample items.
